Tuesday: Greek style Chicken with tzatziki, spinach salad
Wednesday: Steamed Sweet Chilli Salmon, brown rice and peas
Thursday: Beef Stirfry over rice
Friday: Chicken, tomato, basil and feta spaghetti
Saturday: left overs
Sunday: Pizza
